A wonderful summer annex of approx. 40 m² for 4 people, featuring its own covered terrace.

Location: Situated in the main building, close to the playground and restaurant.
Kitchenette: New kitchenette with cold running water, equipped with a stovetop, cookware, and a refrigerator. Coffee machine, electric kettle, and tableware for 6 people. See inventory list.

Living & Sleeping Area: Cozy sofa corner with a TV and a dining table with chairs. The sofa can be converted into a double bed. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Duvets and pillows for 4 people are provided.

Bathroom: The annex includes a small bathroom with a toilet.

Please note: No hot water inside the annex. Showers and bathing take place in the sanitary facilities located just a stone's throw away. Pets are welcome.

All prices include water consumption. The price includes 2 people (max. 4 people).

Additional Fees

  • Extra adult per day: 90 kr.

  • Extra child per day: 65 kr.

  • Environmental fee per day: 15 kr.

  • Final cleaning: 330 kr.

General information about the Annex

  • Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is mandatory. However, dishwashing, general tidying up inside and outside, and cleaning the garden furniture must always be done by the guest.

  • Capacity: Prices include 2 people. Additional fees apply per child/adult in accordance with the unit's capacity.

  • Check-in & Check-out: The rental unit is available from 3:00 PM (from 2:00 PM in the low season) on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

  • Linen & Towels: Please bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels, and dishcloths. Alternatively, these can be rented if pre-ordered.

  • Dogs: Dogs are allowed. An extra fee of 100 kr. applies per dog for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd night. Prior registration is required.

  • Utilities: Electricity and water consumption are included in the rental price.

  • Heating: The unit is not equipped with heating. A space heater can be rented for a small fee.

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
