A campsite hosts many people in a limited area, each with different habits – and that is part of the charm of camping. To ensure a good experience for all guests, please respect the following rules.

1. The campsite manager and assistants are responsible for order and are available if any issues arise. Their instructions must always be followed.
2. All persons entering the campsite are considered day visitors and must be registered at the reception. Day visitors may use the campsite facilities between 08:00 and 23:00 (this does not include the indoor play area, where standard entrance fees apply). Visitors staying outside these hours will be charged as overnight guests.
3. Please show consideration for other guests. Noisy behaviour is not permitted. Intoxicated guests behaving inappropriately will be immediately removed from the campsite. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.
4. During very wet periods, vehicle access may be restricted. Guests are asked to park outside the campsite. Day visitors are not allowed to drive onto the site. The access chip card is personal and may not be shared. Driving on the site must be kept to a minimum and always at walking speed (under 10 km/h). Extra care must be taken around the reception, restaurant, and playgrounds.
5. From 23:00 to 07:00, all vehicle movement on the campsite is prohibited. The barrier is closed during this time, meaning entry and exit is not possible. Driving under the influence of alcohol on the campsite will be reported to the police.
6. The use of weapons and fireworks is strictly prohibited.
7. Barbecuing is allowed at your pitch, except in strong winds. Barbecues must not be placed directly on grass or campsite furniture. Tiles can be borrowed from reception if needed. A designated container for charcoal and briquettes is located by the waste area.
8. Smoking is not allowed in any of Rødgaard Camping’s buildings.
9. For fire safety reasons, there must always be 3 metres between units. Cars may be parked within this space. Upon arrival, guests should familiarize themselves with the location of fire-fighting equipment. Fire safety instructions are displayed throughout the site. In case of fire or emergency, call 112 and inform reception/the campsite manager.
10. Shared facilities such as toilets, laundry rooms, and kitchens must be left clean and tidy. Family bathrooms are reserved for families between 15 June and 15 August. This must be respected. Certain sanitary areas are locked between 22:00 and 07:00.
11. Small children must not use toilets unattended. Playing in toilet facilities is not permitted. Parents are asked to ensure children understand where play is appropriate.
12. Facilities are cleaned daily and may be closed during cleaning.
13. Waste must always be disposed of in the designated containers. Please help protect the environment by sorting waste correctly. Containers are available for general waste, paper/cardboard, and glass/cans. Littering is not allowed. The waste area is monitored.
14. Use of water taps for children’s play, laundry, vegetable washing, or similar is not permitted. Car washing is not allowed, but caravan washing may be permitted upon agreement with the campsite manager.
15. Please respect closing times for outdoor play areas. Ball games and play are only allowed in designated areas.
16. Guests under 12 staying at Rødgaard Camping are entitled to one hour of free indoor play per day. Please contact reception or Café Axel.
17. Pets are allowed if they do not disturb other guests. Pets must be kept on a leash and remain within your own pitch. Waste must be removed immediately. Pets must be walked outside the campsite and are not allowed in toilet buildings.
18. On departure day, pitches must be vacated by 12:00. Cabins and rooms must be vacated by 11:00. Rental units must be left clean and tidy. Your camping card will be issued upon final payment at departure.
19. The campsite owner and manager accept no responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ belongings. Anyone causing damage to buildings, equipment, or other guests’ property may be held liable under general compensation rules.
20. Most guests behave considerately. However, failure to comply with the rules may result in expulsion and, in serious cases, revocation of camping privileges.
